Room & service is good. Few problem like you don't directly order food from room if you order also you will find difficulty to get plates. Landline phone directly to restaurant or reception is not there.

very good location and parking is a bit of pain and you can't plan your day early morning due to too much congested parking

The location was good, it was in the middle of city where we can easily visit to the point we decided. Food and service was amazing.

The food quality is fine.but need to wait till 9am to receive the token.room too small and smelly.place of located easy access public transport and taxi .

am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Sarkar Hotel, which fell far below my expectations based on the package I had booked. I had booked a 2-day stay with the all-inclusive package, which clearly mentioned breakfast included and a 10% discount on local travel services. However, the experience was very poor and not at all worth the amount I paid – approximately ₹4,500 per day. Upon arrival, the bedsheets provided were dirty, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. As for the breakfast, we were only allowed a limit of ₹150 per person, which was never communicated in advance. This limited and unclear policy led to a disappointing start to our day. Overall, the condition of the room and the quality of service were not up to standard, and certainly not reflective of what was promised at the time of booking.

if you like to spend only the nights during stay at ooty, this hotel is ok. The smart door lock was not working, always was dependant on hotel staffs to open doors manually. but, hotel staffs were helpful.

The hotel is located in the main place, but there are no proper room lights, TV and fan switch are the same, unable to watch TV if you want to switch on fan
